ents were required last week to write an article convincing the paper that their haunted house (as part of a themed scheme of work) was worth advertising.
It was a tricky task that wasn’t focussed for them. Many attempted to use creative techniques taught previously. But the tone was not consistent. I will use the errors as a starter activity, and reset the article as a report on why the manor is haunted so the students can achieve
their best possible writing. If my camera works better in school, I’ll post some pictures on this post.
