In the lieu of exams, snow and the final weeks of term, I was looking for something useful, engaging and, frankly, easy to run. My boss suggested creating revision materials for the wall. While I wanted to use sugar paper, I had been looking at www.wallwisher.com for a while now, especially after the success of pupils working with titanpad.com.

Wallwisher is essentially an online piece of sugar paper. Students can, without logging in, create online displays – rather like a simpler version of glogster.com.

All pupils managed at least one post. One benefit over the hard-copy was that the pupils didn’t focus on the art, but rather on the content – in our case character quotes for Of Mice and Men.
