Marking, like with all things in teach, requires a rhythm. Marking, whilst somewhat relentless, benefits from a rhythm.
Part of that rhythm is enhanced by video marking. The proliferation of video marking apps such as www.showme.com and www.educreations.com is useful to educators everywhere.
My favourite, after research and use, is Explain Everything. This app allows me to import student homework, to export to dropbox, and then (from dropbox) to send a link to the student. The file is automatically streamed as a video, and is private (yet can be downloaded).
In terms of streamlining the process, this works well when allocated at the right times. More on this later…
